This includes assessment of Projected income and expenses through the life of the project, comparison with similar projects, pre-design analysis of requirement, and analysis of preliminary design options. We will inform clients about potential Approval Fees, fixtures, fittings and equipment fees, cost of decanting and relocating, include costs associated with moving staff, insurances, and contingency.

Resolves design-build challenges
Avincas Project team is well-knowledge in the Building Ordinance. All design drawings will be implementable on-site construction rather than just some fancy ideas.

Procures products
Avincas Project team will ensure a specification being chosen by the client will not be replaced by the cheapest route, replacement of the same specification grade will be given or alternative is reduce cost and keep client well-informed.

Manage trusted trade partners
Different property management company nominates different fire services, air conditioning and electric and mechanic (E&M) contractors. Avincas team will collaborate with all these parties and ensure our clients get their fair quotes, and we will represent clients to communicate with these parties while keeping client on pose by all means.
